  • Preorders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before they are officially released or restocked.

  • Products available for preorder will be clearly marked on our website with an estimated arrival date.

 

2. Payment and Charges:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a preorder to secure your item.

  • Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the preorder.

  • Prices for preorder items are final and are not subject to change, regardless of any future promotions or price adjustments.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Dates:

  • The estimated arrival or dispatch date for preorder items will be mentioned on the product page.

  • Please note that these dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or shipping issues.

 

4. Shipping and Handling:

  • Preorder items will be shipped once they become available in our inventory.

  • If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise requested.

  • Shipping and handling charges will be applied at the time of placing the preorder.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Preorders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or store credit, depending on the stage of processing the preorder.

  • Once the item has been dispatched for shipping, the order cannot be canceled.

 

6. Product Availability:

  • Preordering a product does not guarantee its availability. In rare cases, circumstances beyond our control may affect the availability of the product. In such instances, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

 

7. Communication and Updates:

  • We will keep you informed via email about the status of your preorder, including any updates on delivery timelines or changes to the product availability.
