YESHUA Apparel Global Terms and Conditions (yeshuaapparel.com)

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the yeshuaapparel.com website (the "Service"), operated by YESHUA Apparel ("us," "we," or "our").

1. General Conditions and Payment

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices listed on yeshuaapparel.com are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed upon order placement.

1.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment in the amount of the charge.

2. Intellectual Property (The Designer Authority)

The Service and its original content (including our unique designs, text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, which establish YESHUA Apparel as an Original Designer Brand) are and will remain the exclusive property of YESHUA Apparel and its licensors. All designs are Exclusive Custom Designed Statements protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

3. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Returns

3.1 Fulfillment and Shipping Times

All YESHUA Apparel products are Made on Demand to maintain our commitment to Premium Quality.

Fulfillment (Production) Time: Products are made at our facility in Europe, requiring approximately 6–12 business days before shipment.
Shipping (Transit) Time: Shipping times are calculated post-fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

3.2 Returns and Exchanges (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Personalized or customized products. (Clarification: While all our products are made on demand, this exemption only applies to items that have been uniquely customized or personalized beyond our standard catalogue options.)
- Gift cards.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3.3 International Customs and Duties

For all orders outside of Canada, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country upon delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YESHUA Apparel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
