YESHUA Apparel Global Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through yeshuaapparel.com (Global Store).

1. Fulfillment Model and Process

As an Original YESHUA Apparel Designer Brand, our products are often produced on-demand to maintain Premium Quality and exclusivity, minimizing waste and ensuring meticulous craftsmanship.

Design Headquarters: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Fulfillment Location: Our primary production and fulfillment facility is located in Europe.
Fulfillment Time (Production): After your order is placed, it takes approximately 6-12 business days to meticulously produce and prepare your item for shipment. This is standard for our Exclusive Custom Designed process.

2. Shipping Timeframes (Post-Fulfillment)

Shipping speed begins after the fulfillment period is complete.

Estimated Shipping Time (Post-Fulfillment):

United States & Canada 6–12 Business Days

Europe (EU/UK) 5–10 Business Days

Rest of World (ROW) 10–20 Business Days

Note: These are estimates. Due to customs procedures and local postal variations, shipping times may occasionally exceed these estimates.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the final destination.

4. International Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Crucial)

All shipments originating from our European facility are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We recommend that international customers check with their local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Failure to pay customs duties or taxes resulting in the return of the package will result in the forfeiture of shipping fees and a restocking charge applied to any refund issued.

5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking capabilities. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number once your order has left our European fulfillment center.
