In order to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, in-tact, and in its original packaging. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the process (products shipped to our warehouse is at the customer's expense). Upon return and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
