• Please note that these dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or shipping issues.

4. Shipping and Handling:

• Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available in our inventory.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise requested.

• Shipping and handling charges will be applied at the time of placing the pre-order.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

• After 24-48 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or store credit, depending on the stage of processing the pre-order.

• Once the item has been dispatched for manufacturing, the order cannot be canceled.
